Warranty and Returns Policy
At STIX.com, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality products at affordable prices. To keep our costs low and pass on the savings to you, our hockey sticks do not come with a warranty.
Warranty Coverage:
- Shipping Damage: If your product is damaged during shipping, it will not be covered unless you choose to purchase insurance during the shipping process.
- Manufacturing Defects: If you suspect your stick is broken due to a manufacturing defect, you can return it to us at your own cost for examination. Please note, we reserve the right to not issue a refund for any sticks that are damaged for reasons not related to manufacturing defects.
- 30-Day Window: Our warranty policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your product. After 30 days, we can no longer offer a refund or replacement for your item.

Returns
Because we personalize each stick with your name and number as per your request during checkout, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the product has a manufacturing defect or is covered by warranty.
Non-returnable items include:
- Items without a receipt or proof of purchase
- Items that are used, damaged, or missing parts for reasons other than manufacturer errors
- Items returned after 30 days from the date of purchase
Warranty Refunds or Replacements
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email about the status of your warranty claim—whether it has been approved or rejected.
If your claim is approved:
- You will receive either a replacement or a refund for the stick.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method and will include the cost of the stick and return shipping (proof of return shipping required).
Please note that shipping costs for returning items are your responsibility, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held liable for items lost during return shipping.
