Bought a 2 pack, these are surprisingly lighter than expected, they are almost a mix of wood and fiberglass, the top shaft part of the stick is thinner than most goalie sticks so it's easier to hold and play the puck. Awesome quality sticks overall. Would definately buy again.

These wood sticks are not as light or high performance as the TPS Omega model, but they are not as clunky and heavy as the Sher-wood 530. They remind me of the Warrior Woodrow sticks if you recall those.

Weight wise, these sticks are on par with the current rec level composite sticks (Bauer GSX for example)

I've very much enjoyed using these sticks or the course of my season. These sticks take a good beating, play the puck well, and have that feel that you just will never get with composite stick. Rebounds are consistent and controlled. Especially shaft impacts. Overall, a truly solid performer.

My gripes with this model are:

1) Only available in one size. I use 24" paddle. It's no big deal for me trimming these sticks down from 26", but others may not be able to do so.

2) The paint rubs off on my leg pads too easily. My right leg pad has white streaks all over the outer roll and side gusset from stick contact.

3) Only available in white. Offering this model in natural as well would be fantastic. I'd order more today if natural were an option. Even if was still only offered at a 26' paddle.

If you are on the fence about trying these sticks, worry no further. They are well worth the price.

In fact, they punch well above their price point.

I highly recommend them.
